When I was at school, we used to write wishes and send them tied to balloons, watching them float away. I always imagined they would end up some where far away and exciting but most likely they got caught on a tree along the way! Why is it when we're younger we're more hopeful, we actually believe our wishes and dreams will come true? Now that's been replaced by fear and reality and that sucks but you know what, like anything that you really want in life you have to have a little hope and work hard for it.
Love and wishes was in the air when I attended Pandora's wishing tree event a few weeks ago with May from RedVelvetLondon. It was a creative and crafty evening, making origami flowers and lavender heart pouches. Before we started on our flowers, we wrote a wish on the card. I don't often make wishes - only on my birthday so I made sure it was a good one!
We then tied our flowers to the wishing tree. If you want to make a wish of your own, Pandora's wishing tree is full of heart felt message for loved ones, especially with Mother's day coming up it's a lovely time to write a personalised message for your mum.
Thank you to Pandora for a lovely evening and the gorgeous goody bag, such a lovely treat - including their love bracelet. I'm loving dainty and minimal jewellery at the moment and this silver bracelet fits my tiny wrist perfectly.
