NEVER BE BORED IN LONDON AGAIN WITH WONDERUSH

Imagine trying out unlimited classes and activities across London for one flat fee a month, sounds good right? London is an amazing City but it's not cheap if you want to try out new things - I'm the one who likes to scrawls on Groupon for deals! Well forget scrawling, as I was recently introduced to Wonderush a monthly membership that gives to you access to tons of fun things to try out, for only £29. That's like trying out a new activity everyday for £1!

You will never be stuck with what to do in London again, from keeping fit, learning an instrument to exploring more of the city. It's also a great way to meet new people and really get out of your comfort zone. If you want live more awesome, then read on :)

#Say NoToFOMO

I'm a creature of habit so when I was kindly invited by Wonderush to try out some of their classes* it was a great opportunity to just do something different! They had a whole day planned for us and we kicked off the morning with a salsa class run by Salsateca. It was a great way to warm up and get our bodies moving!

The instructor walked through the basic steps slowly, making sure we were all following and then we danced along to the music. With Salsa, it's all in the hips and moving your body with the rhythm of the music. It's good to keep the steps small and the hips loose - keep it sexy! Although I don't see myself booking in further salsa lesson, it's definitely a great social dance class and once you get the steps, it's quite fun.

We then moved onto the life drawing class, instead of drawing a bowl of fruit we were entertained by a burlesque dancer, to start off the session. Talk about livening things up on a Saturday morning! She did a short performance before striking a seductive post for us to start drawing. We had a few minutes to draw her using pencil, before moving onto another pose using charcoal.

I really enjoyed this class, it was relaxing and also fun to compare each other artwork! The session is run by The Life Drawing Society and something I would like to again, to work on my sketching skills haha.

After lunch we all settled down for a musical session, learning the ukulele. The workshop was run by Antidote. After learning the basic cords, we attempted to strum along to Jason Mraz 'I'm yours' and Meghan Trainor 'All About That Bass'. I really enjoyed this musical element of the day, it took me back to my school days of playing the guitar! It was fun to just sit around about have a strum and singalong.

You can easily search for any activity by category, location or day. I already have Pilates booked in this week, which is great to get a feel for a class without committing.  Some of the categories available:

Arts & Craft - Knitting, live drawing, cross stitching
Dance - Zumba, ballet, jazz, belly dancing
Food & Drink - Mixology Masterclass, Camden Pub Crawl
Sports & Fitness - Insanity, Brazilian Jui Jitzu, Boxfit, Pilates, Anti Gravity Yoga

The usual membership is £29 a month but for Hanhabelle readers you can try it out for £1 for the first month! £1 seriously, you can't get a better deal than that if you tried. Use the promo code hanhabelle and once you sign up, your month will start from that date. If you know someone who would love to sign up, just pass on the promo code and share the love :)
