Hope everyone is ready for Christmas Day and have lots of lovely things planned! I wanted to share a few of my most loved make up products this December, which I have been reaching for the most to add a bit of colour to my some what washed out complexion.
I'm very loyal to my foundation of choice lately, Rimmel Wake Me Up in Soft Beige never lets me down to instantly give my face radiance and just enough coverage. For blush I love using NARS Orgasm for an gorgeous pink flush with a little shimmer.
Whilst I haven't got my hands on the Urban Decay Naked 3 Palette yet (!) I've been enjoying using the original Naked palette, particularly toasted, naked and hustle as well as Dark Horse for my brows. You can't go wrong with these good old neutrals, especially when paired with dark lipsticks.
I have a few Mascaras but find the Max Factor 2000 Calorie Waterproof is perfect for volume, definition and long lasting curl. I think I have found my winning mascara formula as a lot of other formula's don't hold my curl as well and this also doesn't smudge or run, just be sure to have a good eye make up remover on hand at the end of the night!
Who doesn't love a dark lip during Winter time? My current favourite matt lipstick is Rimmel Kate in Wine 107 - a lovely berry red and lets be honest who doesn't own this lipstick?! My other favourite is Revlon Lip Butter in Candy Apple for when I want a more glossy red. Also for my everyday lip balm I love the Burt's Bees Replenishing Lip Balm with Pomegranate Oil, which is all natural with a hint of colour and very hydrating.
For my nails, this dark red polish from Lancome in 107 Roga is perfect to get me in the festive mood!
